Shipping, delivery, and payment:


All orders are shipped within 3-5 days . All custom orders are shipped within 5-7 days. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Saturday 8am-1pm. All rush orders will be charged a extra $10-$15 and can be available for delivery within 2-3 days.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

There are no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A store credit may be issued if there was any wrong doing on “Kay’s Glam Shop LLC” end of the sale. We are not responsible if you choose wrong size the way that the items fit are always in description and will tell you if you need to size up/size down or if there is no need to do so. We are also not responsible for wrong address on packages make sure you input the correct shipping method and we do not hold responsibility for missing or lost packages once shipped.

DROPSHIPPING ORDERS: there are no refunds given once your initial processing time has passed. Refunds are only given if approved by the vendor. Such cases are wrong products sent or damaged/defective.

Once I approve your refund, you have 48 hours to return the product UNUSED. you must provide tracking number in this time frame showing that you have sent the product back to me. Once the item is received, I will determine if criteria was indeed met and it is unused. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER ISSUES. I will not issue a refund for items that were delivered damaged or stolen by carrier. If you opt in for insurance, I will assist you in the process of getting ahold of the carrier for reconciliation.

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned for a refund only exchange if they are opened. These include gift baskets, lashes, and clothing.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
